HOW TO CONDUCT MEETINGS THAT GET RESULTS

You Can Have Fun And Achieve Your Goals.

Organizing an effective team is your primary objective. Whether formal or informal, a committee or an individual, meetings will be your main tool. Having a clearly defined purpose for meeting is important. Arranging the room for efficiency is important. Scheduling meetings (and topics) sufficiently in advance to prepare and notify attendees is certainly important. But, clearly there are more issues or everyone would have productive meetings that engage and motivate group members. Whenever a group of people are involved expect personality conflicts, real and imagined differences, and personal interests that interfere with group cohesion.

This workshop will cover all essential elements of preparing for a meeting, conducting it, and evaluating it. It will also discuss the interpersonal issues (and personalities) that routinely arise when groups meet.
